DIRECTIONS

Acharonich is situated on the north shore of Loch na Keal, with magnificent 360 degree views of the island including Ben More, the Gribun Cliffs and the islands of Inch Kenneth and Ulva, with Iona on the distant horizon.

It is 1.5 miles from Ulva Ferry and about 7 miles west of the nearest shops at Salen. Tobermory is 17 miles and Craignure, for the Ferry, is 18 miles.

The ferry has no amenities but is cheaper than Oban. Bookings cannot be made in advance.

Bookings cannot be made in advance and are very infrequent!

Glasgow is the nearest main airport. You can get the train from there to Oban, then use the Ferry.
